Funding Opportunities
The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency administers a Participant Funding Program, which supports individuals, non-profit organizations and Aboriginal groups interested in participating in federal environmental assessments including technical reviews of impact assessments.
The NEB’s Participant Funding Program (PFP) provides funding to facilitate public participation in certain project hearings and environmental assessments of designated projects.
This program gives recipients the opportunity to contribute their knowledge towards tailoring marine transportation systems to local conditions and the environment. Recipients are encouraged to help Transport Canada to develop and implement federal marine transportation strategies and policies that may impact their daily activities.
